Order and Delivery Times

Once your order is complete, your package will be shipped within 5 business days. Please note that any customized orders (such as jerseys with custom lettering/numbering) will take an additional 10 business days to be completed before we are able to ship them.

Please note that estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and based on shipping to major urban locations in Canada and are just that: estimates. We are unable to guarantee shipping within any particular date, and only provide these estimates as guidelines for when you would receive your package.

You will be emailed your tracking number to use on once your order is processed.

Pickup Orders:

Pickup orders are available at the Sea Dogs office inside TD Station. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm. You will be e-mailed a pickup notification once your order is filled. Please have your order number and ID available upon arrival.
